1. Payment Methods
You can pay using electronic banking (Paysera). Paysera is an electronic payment system that combines different payment methods, including electronic banking or payment cards. Paysera offers a free multi-currency account that takes just a few minutes to open and top up. It provides fast and secure online payments, with a portion of the amount spent returned to the buyer. Paysera also offers a convenient mobile wallet for easy payments both online and in physical locations.
Accepted payment methods include "Danske Bank A/S" Lithuanian branch, AS Luminor ("DNB") bank, AS Citadele bank, AS Luminor ("Nordea") bank, AB SEB bank, AB bank "Swedbank", AB Šiaulių bank, UAB Medicinos bankas, Lithuanian credit unions, MoQ, Paysera account, credit cards, and Paypal.
2. Purchase and Return Rules
The price of Tenerife On-The-Go camps - 1200 Eur. An advance (reservation) fee of 400 Eur is paid to the Organizer for the services provided to the Organizer's bank account. Only after paying this fee and signing the contract with the Organizer can the Customer reserve a place in the camp. If the customer changes his mind and decides not to participate in the camp for personal reasons, the advance (reservation) fee is non-refundable.
The remaining amount, i.e., 800 Eur, s paid to the Organizer's bank account at least 8 weeks before the start of the camp. If this amount is not paid by the specified date in the contract, the Customer's reservation is cancelled, and in that case, the advance fee is non-refundable.
If the Client changes his mind and decides not to participate in the camp due to personal reasons less than 4 weeks before, he will be refunded 30% of the full price of the camp.
If the Client changes his mind and decides not to participate in the camp due to personal reasons less than 2 weeks before, the Organizer retains the full amount paid.
The amount paid by the client is returned only in the event that, due to a force majeure situation, the Organizer cannot fulfil the terms of the contract, and the camp cannot take place.
