2. Purchase and Return Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n

The price of Tenerife On-The-Go camps - 850 Eur<\/strong>. <\/em>An advance (reservation) fee of 300 Eur <\/em><\/strong>is paid to the Organizer for the services provided to the Organizer's bank account. Only after paying this fee and signing the contract with the Organizer can the Customer reserve a place in the camp. If the customer changes his mind and decides not to participate in the camp for personal reasons, the advance (reservation) fee is non-refundable.<\/p>\n

The remaining amount, i.e., 550 Eur<\/em><\/strong>must be made to the Organizer\u2019s bank account no later than 4 weeks before the start of the camp. If the amount is not paid by the date specified in the agreement, the Client\u2019s reservation will be canceled, and in that case, the advance payment will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

If the Client changes their mind and decides not to participate in the camp for personal reasons less than 2 weeks before the start, the entire amount paid by the Client remains with the Organizer.<\/p>\n

The full amount paid by the Client is refunded only if the Organizer is unable to fulfill the terms of the agreement and the camp cannot take place, or if the Client is not satisfied with the proposed alternative camp date.<\/p>\n
